Hydraulic Swaging Press, Capable of hoses up to 2” Multi-Spiral. The Press is powered by a Heavy duty Battery charged by the Vans main Battery, which runs a Hydraulic 12V Power Pack Built into the base of the tool cabinet.
The Envirowash Sink which is also powered by the auxiliary battery is found at the back of the van, which can be seen on this photo on the right hand side.
There are storage draws on the Left side of the van and storage shelf’s on the right side. These are for the hydraulic hose coils and the Hydraulic Stock, and hydraulic inserts.
More specialised Hydraulic hose ends such as Multi-Spiral Flanges and inserts sized 1 1/4” and above are stored under the press in the draws.
Tools are kept in removable storage cases such as the blue one that can be seen on the right. Very few tools are required for the job our mobile unit carries out and all tools are removed each night are storage at the main workshop. The only items kept in the van over night are hydraulic hose coils and inserts. Even the hydraulic hose and inserts are kept to the absolute minimum to keep the van in the legal weight limits as hydraulic hose can be very heavy.
